Solar Panel Automatic Control Switch for Garden Lamp

For solar panel selection, it is recommended to use only those with an open circuit voltage of 5-7V. The size of the 3.7V light board power can be utilized. However, the working current of the 3V lamp board must be greater than the output current of the controller; otherwise, the lamp will not be able to withstand it, leading to the burning of the lamp.

It is advised that solar panels with a power rating of less than 25W and a voltage less than 6V be used. Connecting solar panels with a power rating greater than 6V30W is strictly prohibited.

The anti-overdischarge voltage is set at 2.9V, with a recovery voltage of 3V. The anti-overcharge voltage is 4.25V, and the recovery charging voltage is 4.1V.

Regarding the wiring: 1. Connect to the LED, ensuring the correct identification of the positive and negative terminals, and adhere to the LED's operating current. 2. Before connecting the battery, measure the battery voltage to ensure it falls within the range of 3.5V-4.2V. Strictly avoid reversing the positive and negative poles of the battery. 3. When the battery is connected, and the LED lights up, it indicates a correct connection. If the LED does not light up, promptly disconnect the battery and check if the battery voltage, LED, and battery polarity are reversed.

Key notes: - Use only 5-7V solar panels and strictly prohibit the use of solar panels with a power rating greater than 8V and 30W. - The positive and negative poles of the lithium battery must not be reversed. Measure and connect it correctly, as reversing the polarity may damage the controller. - Only use the nominal 3.7V fully charged 4.2V or 4.3V lithium battery. - If the working current of the LED is less than 1000mA, use the corresponding current-limiting resistor in series and pay attention to strengthening the heat dissipation of the LED.
